The fifth democratically elected governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti on Sunday played host to popular Igbo business mogul, Obinna Iyiegbu popularly known as Obi Cubana.
Otti, in company of his wife and Abia’s First Lady, received Cubana at his Nvosi country home in Isiala Ngwa South local government area of the state.
A statement issued by Otti’s Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Ferdinand Ekeoma has it that Cubana’s visit to Otti was purely for business as the governor continue to push for local and international investors to the state.
Ekeoma in the statement said “The Abia frontiers have continued to be made open for investors since the emergence of Dr. Alex Otti as the Governor of Abia state.
“Earlier today, the Governor played host to a popular businessman and celebrity investor, Obinna Iyiegbu popularly known as Obi Cubana at his home in Nvosi Isialangwa South LGA of the state.
“Like many other high profile businessmen and women, Cubana is in tune with developments associated with the Abia new dawn, and is willing to widen his business horizon, a development that would attract a lot of goodwill to Abia.
