“I asked them what was the crime at least to know what to write in the statement.

“It was at the police station that I learnt that the prospective client has a petition of forgery written against him and his team by some people said to be in-charge of the Enyimba Economic City.

“They said that the people who want to invest in the state copied the design of the Enyimba Economic City which they want to replicate in a part of the state.

“I don’t know anything about the design. I am not part of the team, I only went there to see the people at least to know them and hear from them what they want me to do for them. I don’t know any other thing about the said forgery allegation.”
