The 2023 governorship candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Abia State chapter, Dr. Alex Otti has received his Certificate of Return.
Otti received the Certificate of Return from the Party’s National Chairman, Barr. Julius Abure on Friday in Abuja.
A message from the media aide of Otti, Mr. Ferdinand Ekeoma who disclosed this on his facebook handle expressed optimism that Otti was going to make history in the state in 2023.
