Abia Speaker Emerges National Patron of PDP National Youth Movement


The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji has once again received recognition from Nigerian youths as he emerges National Patron of the PDP National Youth Movement.

His emergence which was announced on Saturday, 29th January, 2022 during the inauguration of the Movement held at the People’s Democratic (PDP) National Headquarters, Wadata Plaza, Abuja, was “in recognition of the Speaker’s efforts in building the youths of Abia and that his various contributions to national development has drawn our attention to be meritoriously chosen as our National Patron as a motivation to do more for Abia youths in particular and Nigerian youths in general”.

Dr Chima Anyaso was also appointed a Patron while Mayor Lucky Igbokwe was appointed Ambassador of the Movement.

Governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki performed the inauguration which had as its theme: “Political Worth and Electoral Value of Youths in Party Administration, Electioneering Process and Governance”, while Comrade Salahudeen Lukman emerged the National President and Comrade Nnaji Obed Asiegbu emerged Chairman, Abia State Chapter.
