Cristiano Rolando has revealed why he signed for his former club, Manchester United despite interest from other bigger clubs interested in having him as a member of their squad.
Recall that Manchester City had been in the forefront in the pursuit of joining them which if it had materialized would have seen Ronaldo playing against his former club in the jersy of Manchester United’s city rival.
Ronaldo who had his medical in Lisbon ahead of his intended move to England to put pen to paper in a post on his official facebook handle said it was a dream come true to return to a club that helped him to win a lot of laurels in England and Europe, including his first golden boot.
