1. Ohanaeze Ndigbo is a non partisan Igbo Apex body and do not endorse political candidates.

  1. It is glaring that a few individuals within the leadership of Abia state Ohanaeze Ndigbo are behind this unconstitutional acts for their selfish reasons and buoyed by the Abia state Government.
  2. Let the acts, works and actions of Okezie Ikpeazu speak for him in 2019 and not Ohanaeze Ndigbo which should be a shield for all Igbos irrespecitve of party.
  3. We call on the leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo under Barr Nnia Nwodo to take step to halt this move which is capable of bringing Ohanaeze Ndigbo to the mud.
  4. We call on all Abia Imeobi members of Ohanaeze Ndigbo to shun this move as it’s not in the interest of Abians that have been misruled for more than seventeen locust years.”
