Orji Kalu’s Younger Brother inducted Into Catholic Knighthood

Younger brother to Senate Chief Whip (Senator Orji Uzor Kalu), Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu who is also the 2023 governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP) in Abia State has been inducted into the knighthood of St. John International.

The induction of Kalu and among others including Chief Emeka Diwe took place at the KSJI Grand Commandery, Maria Assumpta Cathedral, Owerri, Imo State.

Fecilitating his younger brother on his knighthood, Senator Kalu wrote “My heartfelt congratulations to my brother, Chief Sir Mascot Uzor-Kalu (KSJI), who was today knighted by the Knights of St. John International (KSJI) alongside two others.

“The knighthood investiture took place at the KSJI Grand Commandery, Maria Assumpta Cathedral, Owerri, Imo State.

“The Orders of Knighthood require that you live up to the high calling of Christ in your life; that you take stand as a Christian warrior in the fierce struggle against evil in everyday life; and that you support the Christian Church with all the zeal you possess.

“I pray that God guides you as you take this path of servant leadership . The Holy Bible says that “Whoever wishes to become great among you shall be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave. (Matthew 20:26-27)
Congratulations my brother.”

Confirming his induction into the knight of St. John the APP gubernatorial canditate wrote “Earlier today, my brothers; Sir. Emeka Diwe, Sir. Marcel Eze and I, were initiated into the prestigious Knights of St. John International (KSJI).

“Thank you, Knights of St. John International Nigeria, for finding me worthy to be part of the Knighthood as I recommit my faith in God.

“With God on my side, I promise to use this recognition as a platform for more service to God and humanity.
