Uzoma Abonta, member representing Ukwa East and West federal constituency, Hon. Uko Nkole, member representing Ohafia/Arochukwu federal constituency, state lawmakers and among other political and business brass in and outside the state.
The Chief Press Secretary to the State Governor, Barr. Onyebuchi Ememanka in a post on his facebook handle wrote “Yesterday, Jachimike, the first son of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and his wife, Nkechi got married traditionally.
“The young Engineer took us to Umuikaa in Isiala Ngwa South LGA where he took Chidinma, daughter of Mr and Mrs Onwueyi as wife in line with Ngwa customs and traditions.
“A proud Dr. Ikpeazu was all smiles as he watched his son take solid steps into manhood and family life.
Naturally, the event was graced by all and sundry.
“Aba based businessman, Mr. and Mrs Onwueyi are the parents of Chidinma, wife of Jachimike Ikpeazu.
“They played host to an array of dignitaries from across the country yesterday as their daughter got married to the Governor’s son.
“In Ngwaland, we have an old name given to girls at birth, NWANJIOJI.
