The Speaker, Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Orji has lauded Government College Owerri for setting the pace among its contemporaries in the nation’s league of ivy schools in the country.
Orji who was an Old Boy of Government College Owerri stated this while reacting to the news that the Owerri prestigious College emerged second best secondary school in Nigeria after a Presidential Monitoring Team which appraised government schools nationwide released the outcome of their findings.
