Nieghbours were said to have heard loud music from their apartment which lasted several hours prompted some of them to report noise pollution at the estate office.
The aggrieved neighbours were said to have demanded that the estate managers caution the couple which they agreed to.
On arrival at the apartment, the officials were said to have met the woman’s sister and her kids downstairs and explained their mission. She was said to have immediately gone upstairs to tell her sister but several knocks on the door were not responded to.
