Chima Anyaso Donates Fully Equipped Ambulance To Bende Federal Constituency 

The frontline federal house of representatives candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chima Desmond Anyaso, has officially taken delivery of a brand new, fully equipped ambulance dedicated to serving the people of Bende Federal Constituency.

The vehicle was presented on Tuesday in Bende as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen emergency healthcare access across the nine communities that make up the constituency.

Anyaso, widely known for his philanthropy and grassroots interventions, said the donation was borne out of a personal commitment to close critical gaps in healthcare delivery, especially in rural areas where residents often struggle to reach hospitals in time.

According to the statement released during the handover, the ambulance is “more than just a vehicle.

It is a commitment to saving lives, responding to emergencies, and ensuring that our people have access to timely medical assistance when it matters most.”

Speaking to community members and health workers who gathered for the event, Anyaso confirmed that the ambulance will be donated for public use across Bende.

“By the grace of God, this ambulance will be donated for the use of Ndi Bende because the health and well-being of our people will always remain a priority,” he stated.

The fully equipped ambulance comes with standard emergency equipment including a stretcher, oxygen support, first aid kits, and communication gadgets.

Health officials say it will support primary healthcare centers and communities across the federal constituency in transporting patients and responding to emergencies, particularly accident victims, maternal cases, and other urgent referrals.

Describing the donation as the first phase of a broader health intervention plan for Bende, Anyaso pledged sustained investment in the sector.

“This is only the beginning. Together, we will continue to build a healthier, safer and more caring Bende,” he said.

He further noted that he has continued to contribute massively to the development of Bende with his own personal resources, ranging from educational support to road and health projects.

The philanthropist and businessman concluded with his campaign mantra: “For God. For Bende. For the People.”

Community leaders in Bende welcomed the donation, describing it as a timely intervention that will reduce delays in accessing critical care.

A traditional ruler from one of the autonomous communities who spoke to the press said the absence of a functional ambulance has for years forced families to rely on commercial vehicles to convey sick relatives, often with tragic outcomes.

“This ambulance will give our people hope. It means a pregnant woman in labor at night, or a child involved in an accident, can now get to the hospital faster,” he said.

Health workers present also applauded the initiative, noting that emergency response within Bende LGA and its adjoining areas is expected to improve significantly with the new vehicle in operation.

With the 2027 elections approaching, Anyaso’s latest intervention has further solidified his standing as a frontline contender for the Bende Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives.
