The Commissioner of Police, Abia State Command, Danladi Isa has warned that the leadership of the security agency under him would not tolerate any form of indiscipline and professional misconduct among personnel serving under the command.


Isa who gave the warning while speaking at the command Headquarters in Umuahia, the state capital, as he addresses the newly recruited Specialist Constables and indigenes of the state, posted to serve in the command.
The constables were professionals in various fields, including driving, tailoring, information technology, medical services, welding, painting, and the police band.
During his address, the CP emphasized the importance of discipline and professionalism in their duties.
He urged them to uphold a positive image of the police force and warned against corruption and unprofessional conduct.
He also emphasized that the command would not tolerate any act of indiscipline, warning that such act would be met with appropriate disciplinary action.
Some of the newly recruited police personnel in an interview, promised to discharge their duties with high level of professionalism and dedication.
The state command recently, after an orderly room trial, dismissed Sergeant Jonas Nnamdi, with Force No. 501356, Corporal James Daniel with Force No. 511844, Corporal Ifeanyi Emeka, serving at the Aba Area Command, Department of Operations, Umuahia and Eziama Police Divisional Headquarters, Aba after they were found guilty of misconduct, conspiracy, extortion and abduction of unsuspecting victims.
