The General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere on Thursday secured the release of kidnapping suspect who had reportedly being in prison custody for armour six years.
OPM General Overseer in a post on his official Facebook handle disclosed that the release of the suspect whose name he gave as Izuma Okereke, an indigene of Ahoda local government area of Rivers State, was through the efforts of his team of lawyers.
The Port Harcourt based cleric who disclosed that his foundation has over the years secure the release of over 80 persons from prison custody would be moved to the OPM free rehabilitation estate where he would be trained in different skills, including furniture making, motor repairs, scaffolding, pipelines welding, oil and gas training and among others, free of charge.

“6 years ago he was arrested for murder and kidnapping.
His elder sister who happens to be a police inspector tried for 6 years to bring him out, without success.
“Then Apostle chibuzor chinyere has a project which he employed the services of 20 professional lawyers to take up cases of those in prison, but don’t have money to hire the services of a lawyer or those there cases are very difficult.
“So today Thursday 12 October 2023, Mr Izuma okereke was released by OPM mand he is to be moved to OPM free rehabilitation estate now where he will be trained in different skills free of charge like furniture making, motor repairs, scaffolding, pipelines welding, oil and gas training etc.
“By the grace of GOD, Apostle Chibuzor chinyere the general overseer of omega power ministry OPM has released more than 80 person from prison custody using tithes and offerings fro OPM church.
