The Governor of Abia State, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu will tomorrow (Saturday, August 27th) deliver a special State Broadcast to the people of Abia State to mark the 31st Anniversary of the creation of the State.
The broadcast, according to a statement on Friday (today) issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr. Onyebuchi Ememanka would be delivered by the governor at 7am.

Ememanka in the statement enjoined all radio and television stations in the state to hook up to the Broadcasting Corporation of Abia State for the special broadcast.
