A yet-to-be identified young man who is a guest in a hotel located in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital has been apprehended for reportedly stealing a flat screen television set belonging to the hotel.
The hotel, whose name was yet-to-be ascertained at the time of filing the report is said to be located in Uyo by Ewet Housing Estate.
Pictures on the social media show that the said male hotel guest had hidden the television set in an Echolac bag.

It was not clear how the hotel staff got to know the content of the bag which was apparently intercepted as the guest was checking out of the hotel.
