The National President of Nigerian Union of Teachers Dr Nasir Gwandu has won the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary in Kebbi State.
Gwandu polled 1,055 votes to defeat two other aspirants in the exercise conducted at the Haliru Abdul Stadium in Birnin Kebbi.
Alhaji Abubakar Gari Malam came second in the exercise with 35 votes while Sen. Yahaya Abdullahi came third with 0 votes.
