Court Jails Three Federal Civil Servants For Payroll Fraud

A 25-year-old male trader, whose name was given as one Tasuru Abdullahi, has reportedly swallowed a woman’s nipple after biting it off.

He was arraigned before a Elizabeth Adeola’s Magistrate Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State by Police with sexual assault and grievous harm.

Abdullahi however, pleaded not guilty to the charge against him after it was read out to him.

According to the Police Prosecutor, Inspector Kenrich Nomayo, the defendant allegedly bites off Ms Nkechi Anosike’s nipple and swallowed it.

Nomayo told the Magistrate court that the defendant committed the offence on August 22 at 2.00 p.m. on Alhaji Murhi Street in Oregun, Lagos State.

Nomayo also want ahead to alleged that the accused also sexually assaulted the complainant, an offence the prosecutor claimed to have contravened the provisions of Sections 245 and 263 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2015.

Magistrate Elizabeth Adeola admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.

Adeola ordered that the sureties must be gainfully employed and have evidence of two years’ tax payment to the Lagos State Government.

She adjourned the case until September 15 for mention.
