Abia State government has announced that eateries across the state can start to run full scale operation.
This is even as the state also announced the lifting of ban on Mid-week church services in the state.
According to a release by the Chairman of the state inter-ministerial committee on COVID-19, Barr. Chris Ezem, said church services shall continue to hold on Sundays with only 50 persons and all wearing face masks plus compliance to other covid-19 protocols.
According to him, all eatery owners should make sure that all sitting arrangements are arranged with social distance in view, adding that operators must wear their face masks at all time.
“The provision of running water, infra-raythermometer and sanitizers at all-time remain compulsory.
“Event places, clubs and cinemas are to remain closed in line with Federal Government directives.
