Twenty persons on Tuesday tested positive for coronavirus virus out of the four hundred and fifty two new cases of the pandemic recorded in Nigeria.
This was disclosed in a twitter post by the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Tuesday night.
According to the NCDC twitter post, Abia came sixth behind Lagos which recorded two hundred and nine new COVID-19 cases in the state that has been dubbed as the epic Center for COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria.
Oyo, Delta, Ogun, FCT recorded situation sixty-seven, thirty-seven, thirty-six and twenty-two respectively.
According to the release, Nigeria now has 21,371 confirmed cases, 7,338 discharged persons and 533 deaths recorded so far.
