It was an emotional celebration in Afiang Ayong, Bakassi LGA of Cross River State today, as the Bakassi IDPs were moved from their camps to a brand new permanent settlement, in Ayade Social Housing Estate, built and furnished by Cross River State Governor Sir Ben Ayade.
The estate is made up of 2 bedroom and three bedroom bungalows, (52 units) in total.
