Arrangements were said to have been concluded by South West states to hold simultaneous protests in their respective states on Tuesday.
The protests tagged “Amotekun Solidarity Walk” which according to reports will be peaceful is targeted at throwing their weight on the decisions of the governors of the South West to establish such security outfit and to express their displeasure over the recent pronouncement by the Attorney-General of Nigeria (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami who last week pronounced the state security outfit as illegal.
The pronouncement by the AGF didn’t go down well with Nigerians and the people of the Southwest who have vowed to stand by their governors come rain, come shine.
