The Director IGERE TV, Mr. Emeh James Anyalekwa has raised alarm over his safety. This is as he alleged that one Mrs. Ikodiya Uche, an APC Chieftain and supporter of Orji Kalu has reportedly threatened to deal with him.

According to Anyalekwa, Mrs. Uche is not happy with him over a report published on IGBERE TV website on the Health condition of ex-governor Kalu who is said to be receiving medical attention in a Wisebaden, German hospital.

IGBERE TV had Wednesday night reported about the disturbing development after another news platform, TheWorldNewsCable, broke the news of Kalu sliding into coma.

Emeh who maintained innocence said that the report was not done in bad fate.

Though Emeh could not make public the conversations between him and the said Mrs. Uche, he however feared that his life was in danger going by the threats he claimed to have received from Mrs. Uche.

A post on the platform’s official website read “IGBERE TV wish to state that as Journalists, we discharge our duties at all times without sentiment.

“The said report was not carried to spite or belittle Orji Kalu, who is well known to be a major benefactor of our director, but rather to inform our teeming readers of events that will be of interest to them.
