The Governor of Borno State, Babagana Umara Zulum has handed over N13.9m cheque and a car to a medical doctor from Ogun State; Dr. Isah Akinbode who risked his life during the height of Boko Haram insurgency in Mongono.
The doctor was said to be treating the residents in the State General Hospital.
Dr Isah Akinbode who was once abducted by Boko Haram, served Borno for 22 years as a medical doctor.
