The sorry state of some lecture halls and hostel facilities puts to question the quality of graduates such institutions have been churning out both in character and learning.
The situation is so bad that students of some of the private and public institutions in Nigeria resort to bathing outside and going to toilet in nearby bushes because of the unhygienic nature of their bathrooms and toilets.
